"Helpful updates on my order"
I appreciated getting texts whenever there were changes to my order (super convenient). It made it easy to stay in the loop without having to check back myself.

The Coborns app technically works, but it’s kind of clunky on my phone. Sometimes the search just freezes up, and checking out feels like it takes way more taps than it should. I do like being able to order groceries this way, but the app makes the whole thing more annoying than it needs to be. Anyway... it’s usable, just not very smooth.

"Refund credit showed up quickly"
I got my refund credit faster than I expected. I can’t remember if it was the next day or maybe two days later, but it showed up without any hassle, which I appreciated.

"Prices are just okay"
coborns.com is fine. Easy enough to use. But the prices? Kinda average. Some weekly deals are worth checking out. Not bad. But a lot of regular stuff costs more than I thought it would, especially compared to other grocery sites. I still use it when I’m busy. It’s convenient. Just not my first pick when I’m trying to save money.

"Really disappointed with the meat and produce"
I ordered from Coborns and was really let down by the quality. The meat looked kind of old, and a lot of the produce was bruised and already soft. It wasn’t the worst order I’ve ever gotten, but for what I paid, I really expected better

I shop here often. Most days, the store is clean. Easy to get around, too. The floors usually look good, carts are in decent shape. Nothing really to complain about there. I did see the bathroom messy one time, though. Just once, but still. So I’d say 4 stars feels fair

"Right on time when I needed it"
I placed my grocery order on coborns.com earlier in the day, and by the time my delivery window rolled around that afternoon, the driver showed up right on schedule. He was friendly and everything was there, though one item did get a little squished in the bags. Still, for a weekday grocery delivery, it was smooth and I’d use it again

"Easy pickup and worth it for the time saved"
I’ve used Coborns.com pickup a few times now, and it’s been smooth every time. I’m usually careful about grocery costs, so I like being able to see my total before I check out instead of wandering the aisles and tossing extra stuff in the cart.

I usually place my order the night before, pick a pickup time, and then just pull up when I get there. They bring everything out quickly, and not having to take my kids through the store is a huge win for me.
I’ve only had one item swapped so far, and the replacement was totally fine. For the convenience and the fact that it helps me stick closer to my budget, grocery day feels way less annoying now. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Not the friendliest pickup experience"
I placed an order through coborns.com and the food itself was totally fine, but the pickup experience left me feeling a little off. The staff didn’t really greet me, the answers I got were short, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. It’s not a huge thing, but it does make me less confident about ordering again if that’s the kind of service I can expect.
